Dean Liollio - President

Dean Liollio serves as President of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for the overall leadership and strategy of PMC's commercial operations and overseeing the company's day-to-day business activities. Dean brings more than 40 years of midstream experience and energy experience to the business and has been with Plains All American (PAA) since 2008, serving most recently as President, PAA Natural Gas Storage/Plains Gas Solutions (PNG/PGS). Prior to joining PAA, Dean has held a number of executive roles, including serving as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Energy South, Inc.

Tyler Rimbey - Executive Vice President, Commercial  

Tyler Rimbey serves as Executive Vice President, Commercial of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s commercial activities for Canadian crude and North American NGL and natural gas supply, trading, asset optimization, logistics and marketing. Tyler brings over 30 years of energy industry experience, including commodity trading, supply, business development, acquisitions and divestitures, sales and marketing, and midstream logistics. Prior to PMC, Tyler worked in executive and senior leadership roles with Platino Energy, C&C Energia, BP, J Aron and Shell in Canada, the US, Latin America and United Kingdom.

Sandi Wingert - Senior Vice President, Organizational Convergence

Sandi Wingert serves as Senior Vice President, Organizational Convergence of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for overseeing the company's convergence initiatives, including the optimization and alignment of our business across North America. Sandi has been with PMC since 2001, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to PMC, Sandi was with CANPET Energy Group Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Before joining CANPET, Sandi held various accounting roles with Koch Petroleum and Ernst & Young.

Michelle Podavin - Senior Vice President, NGL Commercial Assets

Michelle Podavin serves as Senior Vice President, NGL Commercial Assets of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC). She is responsible for leading the commercial optimization and development of the company’s North American NGL assets, including capacity sales, joint venture activities and asset logistics functions, as well as overseeing the company’s North American rail activity and Canadian trucking business. Michelle joined PMC in 2002, serving most recently as Vice President, Commercial Assets. Prior to joining PMC, Michelle spent six years at major accounting firms completing her accounting and business valuation designations.  

Scott Sill - Senior Vice President, Operations

Scott Sill serves as Senior Vice President, Operations of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for Crude Oil, NGL, and LPG operations in Canada and the United States. Scott joined PMC in April 2006 through PMC's acquisition of the Shafter gas liquids processing facility. Prior to his most recent role as Vice President, Operations, Scott has held increasingly senior operational roles with PMC. His past roles have included Vice President of LPG Operations, Managing Director of U.S. and Canadian LPG Operations and West Coast District Superintendent.

Louis Caron - Vice President, Commodities Risk Management

Louis Caron serves as Vice President, Commodities Risk Management of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for overseeing the commodities risk management operations of PMC, including market and credit risk. Louis brings over 30 years of energy industry experience to the business, serving in various executive and business development roles including commodity trading, management consulting, and risk analytics with BP Canada Resources, TransCanada Energy, Western Gas Marketing, RiskAdvisory and SAS Institute.   

Tyler Knowler - Vice President, Finance

Tyler Knowler serves as Vice President, Finance of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the budgeting and planning, accounting and office services teams. Tyler joined PMC in 2003 and has held a variety of senior-level positions in the accounting, acquisitions, risk, planning and commercial areas. Prior to joining PMC, Tyler spent five years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.   

Sterling Koch - Vice President, Legal and Land

Sterling Koch serves as Vice President, Legal and Land of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company’s legal, land and Indigenous affairs activities. Sterling previously served as Vice President, Health & Safety, Environment, Regulatory and Legal, and brings over 22 years of energy industry experience, including legal and regulatory affairs, commercial operations, compliance and security. Prior to PMC, Sterling worked with a publicly traded international power generation company for 15 years serving in various executive roles, including legal and regulatory affairs, commercial management and business development. Sterling also brings a strong legal general counsel background, originating from his days with Western Gas Marketing, Northridge Petroleum, and TC Energy.

Don Lacey - Vice President, Operations Integration

Don Lacey serves as Vice President, Operations Integration of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for overseeing the integration and optimization of the company’s operations across North America. Don joined PMC in 2014, serving most recently as Vice President, Operations, where he oversaw PMC’s crude oil and NGL operations in Canada and the United States. Prior to PMC, Don served eight years as Director of Operations at Spectra Energy and has over 11 years of energy industry experience and 31 years of senior leadership experience across several different industries, including Pulp and Paper, Manufacturing, Electrical Generation and Natural Gas Processing.  

Neil Lyons - Vice President, Commercial

Neil Lyons serves as Vice President, Commercial of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for overseeing the company’s commodity supply, physical and financial trading, sales, commercial logistics, analytics and strategic accounts. Neil joined PMC in 2007 in crude oil trading and has since held increasingly senior leadership roles within the company. Neil served most recently as Vice President, Trading where he was responsible for consolidating all of the company’s commodity risk management activities for Canadian crude oil and North American NGLs. Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary.  

Brent Nadeau - Vice President, Human Resources

Brent Nadeau serves as Vice President, Human Resources of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for the development and delivery of our Human Resource (HR) strategies in support of our business objectives. With over 25 years of related experience, Brent has held a number of senior HR leadership roles in the energy sector with Weatherford, Husky Energy, and BP Canada Energy. Most recently, Brent served as Director, Western Hemisphere HR Productivity and Performance at Weatherford.  

Richard Nott - Vice President, Asset Analytics

Richard Nott serves as Vice President, Asset Analytics of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC). In this role, Richard provides leadership for the development of PMC’s long-term strategic direction and leading the company’s commercial analytic activities. Richard joined PMC in January 2020 as Vice President, Corporate Development. Richard brings over 20 years of experience, including over six years at McKinsey & Co., focusing on strategy development, organizational effectiveness, business development and analytics.  

Dan Reinbold - Vice President, Information Services North America

Dan Reinbold serves as Vice President, Information Services (IS) North America of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for the development and implementation of enterprise-wide information and operational technology strategies, ensuring that technology and application platforms align with corporate and operational plans. Dan has over 20 years of senior management experience in the information technology field serving in both public and private sector IT roles. He has been with PMC since 2010, and has led the IS department through transformational changes that have streamlined and strengthened PMC’s business operations.  

Brian Wright - Vice President, Asset Logistics

Brian Wright serves as Vice President, Asset Logistics of Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) and is responsible for leading the company’s asset logistics activities and overseeing the company’s Canadian trucking and North American rail businesses. Brian joined PMC in 2018 and previously served as Vice President, Commercial Projects. Brian has more than 20 years of related experience and, prior to joining PMC, served in various senior leadership roles within the North American transportation and supply chain sectors.
